Meet our Board of Directors
Pam Davis
Growing up in West Chicago, as one of three daughters to a mother and father who were both physicians, Pam has always loved healthcare. Pam earned a M.H.A. Hospital and Health Services and a B.A. in economics and social studies from the University of Iowa.
For 29 years, Pam served as CEO of Edward Hospital and Health Services and Edward-Elmhurst Health. She led a period of rapid expansion and innovation which saw the first medically-based county fitness centers: the first all-private inpatient rooms in Illinois; first-of-its-kind Heart Hospital; the launch of Access DuPage for the working poor; and the founding of the 1000 member Illinois Health Partners, which she co-chaired. Pam served in many volunteer leadership roles.
Pam transformed Edward Hospital from a small community hospital into a major regional medical center, Edward-Elmhurst health. Under Pam’s direction, Edward and Elmhurst hospitals have supported YH4L since 2006, sponsoring the high schools in their area for screenings.
Pam enjoys sending time with her 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
Aaron Kraii
Aaron was born and raised in Kenosha, WI. He went on to the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and obtained degrees in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology and Cellular Biology. He was then accepted into the top school in the country for physical therapy, the University of Southern California. During his time at USC he took a very active role with the American Physical Therapy Association and focused his energies on ensuring our elderly population received the care they deserved without limitations and worked with the association, their lobbiest and congress to protect the Medicare Cap. In 2004 he moved to Naperville and 2005 started Doctors of Physical Therapy with the focus on valued based health care and evidence based physical therapy. Since 2005 Doctors of Physical Therapy has grown to 60+ clinics in 14 states.
Aaron has been married to his wife Lindsay for 16 years and they are actively involved with volunteering their time and support with the children’s PTA, Cancer Free Kids, Feed our Starving Children and many others. They have a 12 year old son, Luca and a 9 year old daughter, Miabella. They are a die hard Wisconsin Badger family and a house divided when it comes to the Bears and Packers.
John McMahon
John McMahon, SRA, AI-RRS is a Vice President and review appraiser at McMahon, Baldwin & Associates, Inc. John earned a Bachelor of Science in in Accounting from Valparaiso University, and the SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute (AI). An industry leader, John is a former President of the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He was recipient of the 2010 Volunteer of Distinction Award and the 2008 Distinguished Service Award. John was appointed in 2017 by Governor Bruce Rauner to the Illinois Real Estate Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board. John is married to Susan McMahon and they have three grown children.
Marc Poskin
A 20-year resident of Oak Brook, Marc served on the local school board for Butler SD #53 and served as President of the York Woods Community Association. Marc is currently Vice President of Preconstruction Services for International Contractors, Inc., located in Elmhurst and has worked in over (30) Illinois public school districts assisting suburban school administrators and school boards in planning capital improvement projects. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Marc holds Masters Degrees in both Civil Engineering and Architecture and is a certified professional cost estimator and LEED accredited professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. “My wife is a physician, my older son has always been involved in organizations, and my younger son serves on the YH4L Junior Board. Inspired by watching my boys give back to the community and grow as a young leaders, I’m honored to serve on the board and advance it’s progress into the future.”
